MEMBER ELIGIBILITY SEARCH
By logging in below, you'll be able to search for an America's TPA member and verify their eligibility. If you need a user name and password, click here to send us an email request. CLAIM STATUS

To view the status of a claim, providers can log in at www.healthez.com. If you don't have a provider login, click here or on the "Providers: Need to set up your online access?" link at healthez.com.

CLAIM SUBMISSION

EDI Claims: America's TPA uses Emdeon for EDI claim submission. Our Emdeon Payer # is 41178.

Paper Claims: Submit paper claims to America’s TPA, P.O. Box 398220, Minneapolis, MN 55439-8220

It involves developing guides for the electronic exchange of eligibility, claims and remittance information as required by Minnesota Statutes 62J.536.
