Employee Testimonials

We're proud of the compliments we receive from the people who use our services. Here are a few samples of unsolicited comments from our members.

As a wife and a mother of four, I have a lot of insurance issues. Somebody is always going to the doctor or needing lab work. I cannot thank you enough! We have had insurance through United Healthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross, & PacifiCare. None of them have been as helpful, friendly, or efficient as America's TPA!!!

America's TPA can ease the stress that people are under when dealing with illness at a time when Insurance companies don't have good representation in this country. Thank you.

I just wanted to drop you a line to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the personal care and attention you have given my family. I have never received a higher quality of care from any other healthcare organization. You made us feel like a member of your family instead of "just a number." Thank you for being the best insurance company in the world!

I have suffered from Juvenile Diabetes for a great deal of my life. Over the years I have dealt with numerous insurance companies. I cringe every time I open a letter, or receive a phone call from an insurance company. It is nerve-wracking to have to walk on eggshells in order to receive the medical care necessary to treat this disease. I recently received a phone call from one of your Registered Nurses in Medical Management. To my surprise, the purpose of the phone call was the opposite of harassment - she was actually here to help! I thought it might have been a prank phone call when she asked me if I would be interested in participating in a disease management program. I could tell that she was genuinely interested in helping me to manage my insulin dependant diabetes. In all of my previous experience with health insurance companies, I have NEVER received good customer service. Let alone a beneficial phone call regarding preventative care. And I have certainly never received a phone call initiated by an RN working for an insurance provider, whose job is to help manage my preventative care. I cannot express to you how much this meant to me personally. Not only do I praise Americas TPA's customer service, but also their efforts for preventative care. After all isn't preventative care the most effective method of healthcare?
